Nebula Trace is preparing an early-access account system. Registration remains inactive until the managed authentication service is connected. Online checkout is not active.
Account information
When registration is activated, the authentication provider will process your email address, password, verification status, sign-in records, and password-reset requests. Nebula Trace will not receive or store a readable copy of your password.
Launch notifications
You may separately choose to receive a launch notification. This choice is optional and is recorded with the date of consent. You may unsubscribe at any time without deleting your account.
Information you choose to send
If you email Nebula Trace, the message may contain your email address, name, organization, public website references, research question, and any information you voluntarily include. Send only what is needed for the conversation.
Do not submit
Do not email passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, children’s data, private customer records, customer lists, sensitive personal data, or production crawl targets.
How information is used
Account and inquiry information may be used to provide account access, verify identity, respond, deliver communications you requested, understand potential public-web research needs, improve planning, and maintain necessary security records. Registration does not authorize crawling, outreach, or commercial service.
Website technology
This release uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, local assets, Cloudflare hosting, and—once activated—a managed authentication provider. It contains no advertising tracker or online payment collection. These claims must be rechecked when the site changes.
Retention and deletion
Account and inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed for account access, communication, planning, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. You may request account deletion or deletion of information that is not required to be retained.
Sharing
Account and inquiry information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers needed for authentication, email, hosting, security, or operations, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
Privacy requests
Email [email protected] with “Nebula Trace Privacy Request” in the subject. Additional verification may be required before acting on a request.

This notice may change as the product, vendors, and operating practices develop. The revision date below identifies the current version.
